Products: If you are not satisfied with a purchase from Pet Blvd just return the item to a Pet Blvd store for a refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued by the payment type used or gift card. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Returns without a receipt or proof of purchase are at the manager's discretion and will only be refunded for store credit, if approved.

Live Animal Purchases: All animal sales are final. You must be 18 or older to make an animal purchase at Pet Blvd.  Returns will be handled on a case by case basis by the store manager. Please see our rehoming policy for more details. 

Grooming Services: Services are not refundable. Missed appointments may incur a $35 fee at the discretion of the grooming manager.
